CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Laura Felcey Adiv Ltd and/or Nest Deco shop and everyone on their behalf (hereinafter “Nest Deco shop”) do their best in order to bring customers a wide and quality range of products for purchase. Nest Deco Shop offers a range of products through the www.nest-decoshop.com website (hereinafter “the website”) and various other means of advertising and marketing.

 

If you’re not completely satisfied with any of the items you’ve purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery or 14 days from the date you received the transaction details documents, whichever is the latter, for a refund or exchange.  In accordance with the directives of the law, including the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law of 1981 and the regulations by virtue of it. All items must be returned to us in their original condition, new and unused, with their original labels and packaging intact.

In order to cancel a purchase and return an item, you can write us a mail to info@nest-decoshop, or call the customer service, between 10:00 and 12:00 am from Sunday until Thursday, detailing each item you wish to return. We will send you a form to fill in. Then return any items to us, or coordinate their collection by our delivering company, in their original packaging. Please note, unless an error has been made by Nest, the delivery costs of the returned items are your responsibility.

In any case of cancellation, the cost of the shipment is not returned to the customer. It should be noted that the cancellation of the transaction and/or the replacement of the products and/or the refund and/or the return of the compensation will be done in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Please note that, in accordance with any law, Nest Deco shop  will be entitled to charge a cancellation fee of 5% of the amount of the transaction or NIS 100, the lowest of them, and the cost of clearing the credit card, in any case of canceling a transaction that is not due to a defect or non-conformance, in accordance with the provision of the law.

The customer will be entitled to replace the product ordered by another product or receive a credit for a purchase of the website, provided that the product will be returned to  Nest Deco shop  and/or any person on its behalf, in the 14 days in accordance with the terms stipulated in the provisions of the terms and conditions of use.

For the avoidance of doubt, the product’s value will not exceed the actual amount paid by the customer.

Your refund will be processed once your package and items have been received and checked. Your refund will be credited directly to your bank or PayPal account.

In any case of “force majeure” and/or any event that is not under the control of Nest Deco shop  and/or anyone on its behalf, site management will not be allowed as it should and/or the product supplying and/or compliance with any of the  Nest Deco shop’s liability , Deco shop may cancel transactions and communications, at its sole discretion. In this section, “force majeure” means, as is customary by law, including security events and/or hostilities and/or any other national emergency or punctual emergency, strikes or disruptions, computer malfunctions, telephone system malfunctions or malfunctions in other communications systems, including sabotage.

Without derogating from the aforementioned, the Nest Deco shop will be entitled to cancel a transaction, entirely or partly, in case an abnormal and clear error in the purchase proposal has been made, whether in the price of the product or in its description.

Without derogating from the aforementioned, the Nest Deco shop will be entitled to cancel any order, in case there is suspicion that the client and/or any third party are trying to sabotage the activity of the site and/or the Nest Deco shop.
